"There was a sporting goods/pool hall on the old, west end of town when I was a kid. Dad used to play snooker and swap stories there. I’d sit on top of a pinball machine, with M&Ms, and watch while crickets chirped and mounted fish and game looked down on all sorts of outdoor treasures. Hunting and fishing was big in our little town. Fast-forward 30 years: I’m still immersed in the outdoors, but have kids of my own now. I’ve been blessed to watch them grow while doing what I love. My hope is that every kid would be lucky enough to experience what I have, and that they learn to value and appreciate the outdoors and outdoor traditions." - Jason Haley
